Ti2 TechLiners for Sale

With my eye on a new iPad Pro and Apple Pencil for teaching, the inventory reduction sale continues. Here I’m selling two limited-edition Ti2 TechLiners. I enjoy the TechLiner but these pens do not get nearly the use as other favorites. Hopefully someone out there can give them a good home.

I have two TechLiners for sale. One is the special edition Burple Tricamo TechLiner made specifically for Nockco.com. The other is the limited edition Orange Crush. I believe both pens are currently unavailable placing them in the “hard to get” category. Both pens are essentially brand new. I’m listing them for ~15% off what I paid for the pen plus shipping. Shipping within the continental US is included in the price. The pens will NOT include a refill.

Please send an email to thatonepen@gmail.com if you are interested.

Limited Edition Orange Crush $95 SOLD
Includes magnets in both ends, the small donut magnet for the refill and clip.

Parker 51 Vacumatic in blue cedar with medium nib for sale!!

I understand that buying a vintage pen over the internet can feel like a risky proposition, so I’ve included several pictures along with a snapshot of the Paypal receipt indicating that I purchased this pen from Richard Binder in August of 2014. That’s right, this Parker 51 Vac came from the September 2014 “Pen Show Tray” of THE Richard Binder.

You can see the Twitter post announcing the September 2014 Pen Show Tray from Richard here. This pen is 7th from the left in Mr. Binder’s picture. His picture does a better job of showing the blue cedar finish than my pictures taken outside in the shade.

I am selling this 51 because the medium nib produces a line that’s a touch wetter than I prefer and, more importantly, I have two other vintage Parkers (another 51 and a Vacumatic) that I like slightly more. So, as part of the great pen/pencil simplification, this 51 with the vacumatic filling system is headed out the door. I have flushed the sac repeatedly to the point that it expels clear distilled water so this vintage Parker 51 is ready to go.

As you can see, I paid $140 plus shipping for this pen almost exactly 1 year ago.

Priced to sell at $125 (including shipping within the US via USPS). Given that this is a vintage sale, I will entertain legitimate counter offers.
International shipping considered so long as you agree to pay all shipping costs over $5.

IMG_0811

Pilot Prera with light blue accents and medium nib for sale!! SOLD
This pen was inked once or twice with Pilot Iroshizuku Kon-peki ink (A very good match).
The Prera is a great pocket pen.
It has a friction fit cap and produces a reassuring “click” when closed so it is quick and easy to deploy and recap.
Being an Asian nib, it is certainly on the fine side of medium and extremely smooth.
Pen includes a converter.
$45 $38 (via Paypal) SOLD  – Includes shipping within US via USPS.
International shipping considered so long as you agree to pay all shipping costs over $5.
Email thatonepen@gmail.com if interested.

For Sale – Lamy Safari and Lamy Vista

IMG_0806

Lamy Safari in charcoal black w/ black medium nib and Lamy Vista w/ fine nib for sale!!  SOLD
The picture gives the impression that the feed of the Vista is not clean but it was just vigorously cleaned with water. The picture is picking up the bits of water still in the feed.
Both pens include a Lamy converter. Safaris and Vistas are NOT sold with converters so the fact that both pens come with a converter is a plus.
$45 $40 SOLD (via Paypal) for both pens w/ converters – Includes shipping within US via USPS.
International shipping considered so long as you agree to pay all shipping costs over $5.
Email thatonepen@gmail.com if interested.
I would prefer to sell both pens to one person. I will entertain offers for each pen individually but the first person to meet the price for both pens will be given preference.

Pens For Sale

Like most pen nerds, my need to buy more pens is ever present. But, funds are not ever lasting. So, to finance some future purchases I thought I would put up a few pens that are perfectly functioning but just don’t get the use they deserve. I could post these to ebay, but I thought I’d save myself the trouble of creating three different listings and give the folks who read ThatOnePen the first crack at these fine fountain pens. All three of the pens below have been in my possession for a year or less. They have all been inked and used to some extent. The Vanishing Point has received the most use and is clearly in the used category. It has a few blemishes on the body of the pen but the nib and button mechanism are in perfect working order. The Invincia and the Lincoln have been used very, very little and I would describe them as being all but new / just like new. As far as I can see, the Invincia and Lincoln are free of any marks or blemishes.

Here are the basic details and prices. All prices include shipping with tracking within the US. I’ll consider shipping overseas but we’ll need to negotiate pricing. I have the original boxes for all three pens and so I’ll list two prices – one with the box and one without. Pricing reflects differences in expected shipping costs with or without the box.

Pilot Vanishing Point – Used – (M) nib – Matte Black Finish (typically goes for $140 new)
$100 w/ original box (the box is a bit big so I need to factor that into the cost here)
$90 without box (SOLD)

Monteverde Invincia Chrome and Carbon – All But New – (F) nib (typically goes for $80 new)
$65 w/ original box
$60 without box

Retro 51 Lincoln – All But New – (F) nib (typically goes for $50 new)
$40 w/ original box
$35 without box (SOLD)

Feel free to make me an offer other than what you see here, especially if you would like to buy multiple pens.

If you would like to buy one of these pens, please send an email to thatonepen@gmail.com. I’ll send you an invoice via paypal and will mail the pen(s) as soon as possible but certainly within two business days after I receive your payment.

Here are several pictures of the all three pens.

You can see some of the blemishes on the Vanishing Point in the picture above. They’re entirely cosmetic as the pen works perfectly in every aspect.
